An investor need only sign the necessary contracts during a day trip to Germany, or sign Power of attorney in favour of their appointed representative.
Investors will be supplied with a weblink where you can log in and monitor the electricity produced by your PV system from your own computer. You can see how much electricity was produced by your PV system in a given day, week, month, or year. Multiply this by the rate you are Guaranteed to receive for 20 years or the rate you are charging on the open market and you can see how much you have earned.
Payments to you are normally made by the utility company on a quarterly basis, with a balancing payment at the end of every year.
This is a safe, very low risk investment backed by German law, manufacturers guarantees, and is heavily supported by German banks, with the added security of an independent viability study carried out by experienced bank appointed assessors before finance is approved and a project goes ahead.
