TURN-KEY PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS IN GERMANY

  •
  • Minimum Investment €50,000 – With 70-85% finance this will give an investor increased earnings with the security of non-recourse finance. Projects can be jointly or individually owned.
  •
  • We source roof space on behalf of an investor which will be leased for a minimum of 30 years - Investors rights are recorded in the Land Registry in Germany.
  •
  • If you already own a property in Germany with a large roof area send us the address and we can see if it is suitable to have a PV system installed on it.
  •
  • The local utility company by law must give you grid access and accept all electricity produced by your PV system and pay you for it at a price determined by the German government that is fixed for 20 years (Guaranteed by German EEG Law).
  •
  • The cost of the entire PV system can be depreciated by 5% every year for 20 years, making it fully tax deductible.
  •
  • After finance is paid off, returns to the investor increase substantially for the remainder of the PV systems life, expected to be 30+ years.
  •
  • All equipment used is independently tested and rated, and comes with performance guarantees for 25 years.
  •
  • There are minimal wind-down costs – the project can even include an agreement with the manufacturer to dismantle and take back the PV system at "end of life". Most likely it will be sold to the roof owner for a nominal figure.
  •
  • Income figures are based on average weather data recorded between 1981-2000. With 85% finance projects will give investors an average return on equity invested of 17%-18% p.a. for 30 years.
  •
  • If inflation increases electricity prices rise above the Guaranteed payment level, an investor can break out of the contract with the local utility supplier and sell their electricity on the open market. The utility company cannot break the initial contract during the 20 year agreed period.
